Alive™ is a 3-day dynamic multidisciplinary educational program. The small group setting (10 people) allows for efficient personal interaction while providing enough support and opportunity to share learning as it unfolds. All learning is put to practice right away and serves as reference experience for the future.

You will experience how different your body feels being in Balance. This experience and awareness will go with you to continue on a daily basis.

Follow-up programs and multi level programs are available as are individual coaching sessions in person, by phone and online. You can take home the practiced exercise relaxation programs, DVDs and recipes for easy food preparation.

Your Alive™experience begins with arriving at our beautiful location in Malaysia (1 hr drive from Kuala Lumpur center) The Villa is surrounded by tropical rain forest where your eyes are lost in 360 degrees of green. An environment of shear pleasure and relaxation; a retreat residing on a 10 acres of land hosting your 5 star residence.
